  • Why should we hire Jillian Rose Events as our wedding planner?

    A wedding is a big financial investment and I don’t take that lightly. I know how important it is to make sure every little detail is perfect for you and we see it through to the end. I finds joy in the little details and personalizing your planning experience to have your wedding reflect you as a couple and be safe space for you and your guests to relax, enjoy and create core memories.

  • What is the difference between a planner and a venue coordinator?

    The venue manager/venue coordinator is there to ensure the building works: lights are on, AC is working, bathrooms have paper towels- regular building maintenance. Planners do everything else: coordinate vendor arrivals, load-in/load-out, set up personal décor, keep everyone on time and attend to your personal needs.

  • Where is your business located? Do you travel for weddings?

    I just moved JRE from the Panhandle of Florida to Raleigh, NC so you may see some photos from the Destin-30A area of Florida. Now, I host most weddings local to Raleigh, NC but am happy to travel wherever you see yourself saying ‘I do.” Travel fees would apply and be negotiated prior to booking.

  • Do you work with LGBTQ+ couples?

    Yes! To JRE, love is love and I am happy to celebrate YOU however you see fit.

  • Do you have business insurance?

    Yes!

  • Do you bring an assistant for the day of?

    Yes! Weddings with 150 guests or less have myself plus an assistant on-site. Weddings with guest counts over 150 are required to add on an additional assistant for $200.00.

  • Can you assist with more than just the wedding?

    Absolutely! While weddings are my bread and butter, I know lots of other events happen within the wedding weekend. Be sure to ask about add-ons and enhancing your package to include additional event planning!

  • Do you offer month-of/day-of coordination?

    I refer to this package as our Event Management Package. I like to jump in 90 days prior to ensure I fully understand you as a couple and your vision so I can properly assist the day of.

  • Is there a minimum event budget you work with?

    I know every wedding is different and unique to each couple, but on average, my couples spend $750-1,500+ per guest.
